Right, I knew that. How is it some other website gets this video before the official Cat Power site?

Indeed, i expected it to be on Cat Power's youtube Vevo account. I suppose that it 'll be on youtube monday.

Greg did an awesome job on this one. I liked this much more than the Cherokee video.

I like this one more too. The Cherokee video with its plot and slow-motion scenes and multiple scenes was more like a movie. She is acting. Whereas, this one is just, ''Go to Manhattan, walk around and we'll film it''. Its more closer to the musician part of her and the editing is great. I loved all the smiling and goofing around, especially her with the guitar player dude and her checking out the vinyl.

At 3:11, its a much shorter version of the song, which is 5:16 on the album. But that is okay, I think it works fine.

I agree, this Manhattan is both very simple and nicely shot, it's like a glimpse of the "real Cat Power" (when indeed Cherokee was acting).
