This is the 55th performance of the year. Chan and the band play on a radio show before a live audience. While the entire radio show seems to have been video recorded
and webcasted (as can be seen here - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL8ufCCC-rPcvu7D3fos_2Aouyj7TUxLAw), it appears the Cat Power portion has been removed.
It looks like the full video was hosted on youtube until 12/2/18. If someone out there saved a copy, please let me know.
But there is some very nice audio. You can hear Chan and the band playing:
