Almost all of the interviews contain the opening sentence, "Sun is her first album since 2006's The Greatest."
Does no one remember Jukebox? That album is why I fell in love with Cat Power.

Yeah me too! It's like it doesn't count because it's a cover record... Cat Power covers are like new material to me!

I think that they discard Jukebox because it sounds way more dramatic to talk about a 6 years gap rather than a 3 years and half (hey, don't forget Dark End of the Street) one.
