SUN: first rumors and informations are spreading on Twitter...

Camille just told me the news: it seems that the album might have leaked on internet.
I'm about to cry because i'll probably wait until the official release. Will i?
edit: it looks like that at least a few journalists have already listened to it.

Le bon côté, c'est que plus longtemps on attendra pour écouter celui-ci, le moins longtemps on attendra pour écouter celui d'après.




Je sais que l'album me plaira quoi qu'il arrive, je sais depuis King Rides By que l'album sera un killer et probablement l'évènement de la rentrée. Ça fait quand même bizarre de sentir que ça va être probablement vraiment le cas.

J'aime ta manière de voir les choses!

Vu ce qu'on a entendu en live ces derniers mois, ça laisse présager un album exceptionnel. Vivement le prochain titre avant la sortie de Sun!

Je suis persuadé que l'album va faire du bruit dans Landerneau et qu'il va réconcilier une partie des déçus de la période The Greatest/Jukebox.

Ok guys, i received an answer from one of the journalists who heard SUN: there are 11 songs on the album, like Moon Pix.

Ce n'est pas précisé mais je pensais plus à ce grand classique américain: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-G1EjNqq4x0&feature=related Mais ton idée est encore plus alléchante. Une version par Cat Power de la chanson de Cohen, avec un son plus actuel, ça pourrait faire mal.

Quoi qu'il en soit, ces premiers retours donnent la bave aux lèvres et semblent confirmer un son moderne et plutôt expérimental. Si ça se trouve il va finir n°1 cet album!

Si elle reprend du Ella Fitzgerald, ça me va aussi, mais Léonard Cohen...je serai très curieuse de voir ce que ça donne.

Le groupe Kings of Leon a une chanson qui s'appelle Manhattan aussi, mais ça me semble bien trop récent.

For the people who are wondering: we have no proofs that the album has leaked yet, so consider that it has not.
But, we know for sure that a few journalists have already heard the album. From Twitter, we gathered these 3 informations:

-There might* be 11 songs on the album.
-One of the song might be a cover of a song called "Manhattan". If this is true, we already know the name of 2 tracks: "Manhattan" and "Sittin on a ruin".
-Iggy Pop might sing on the penultimate songs.

* I insist: i used "might" because it's not official.

I hope that it doesnt leak. She worked so hard on it, she should have the say on when and how its presented. I'd also like the album to be new to my ears when she starts touring for it.

Nope, I don't think it's leaked, as Nicolaoua said. Only some journalists have it...
However, I have a question. Why only in France?
Maybe it's Zdar's side who gave it because Pitchfork, Gorilla vs Bear ....no one talks about it.
