An exquisite evening with this extraordinary singer in Lismore last night! Without unnecessary chatter she launched off at 8 pm and performed for two hours without pause, one track melding into the next, just her and guitar and piano and heart- breaking voice and an audience so caught up in her spell that silence reigned throughout. Not one single smartphone was held aloft for photos either!
