I sincerely doubt that any of the larger venue shows, such as Terminal 5 in NYC, will be solo shows. There is no way she would put herself in that position.
I looked at the instagram and she said a solo show might be in California or in Marfa, Texas, so maybe the Observatory show might be solo, but I doubt even that.
The large venue shows will be with the band and most likely a close replica of the previous shows on the Sun tour, with or without the light effects.

This is unconfirmed by any other notice that I have seen, but over here, at least some of the Australian Tour concerts are noted to be solo shows.

That would be very surprising!

I don't think that this could be a map of a future tour but who knows? If it is indeed a tour map, we won't see Cat Power in Europe before 2014...

My heart skipped a beat, then i saw that it was another US date.

If we keep an average 3 months margin between the announcement of the tour and the tour itself, i don't foresee anything happening in Europe before April. More than 8 months after the album was released.

Didn't Chan tweet or instagram something at her band members about the upcoming tour dates? That would seem to answer that question.
The opening act for NYC has been announced- Angel Haze. I'm less than excited.

I didn't see anything, not even a word about some kind of rehearsal with the band before next week concerts...which doesn't mean that the concerts will be solo. My bet would be that it won't be solo but i would be happy to be wrong on this matter.

Gregg posted the new (well we already knew them) Cat Power dates on his instagram. I presume that it answers our question.

Cat Power is not on Coachella's line-up. Hope for an April European tour is rising.

Just saw that too. April would be perfect...and it's my birthday month! Come on Chan!

I'm on the verge of exploding with this lack of information. I really need to know when the european tour will occur, otherwise i'll have to step back and think about something completely different for a while. The wait is killing me.
