These are the 77th and 78th performances of the year and the 18th and 19th solo performances of the year. Nico Turner is the opening act.

I was at both the early and the late show.
They started a bit later than scheduled, but not too bad.
Early show:
Nico played 7:45-8:05, then Cat Power 8:30-10:05
Late show:
Nico played 10:35-10:55, then Cat Power 11:25-1:00

Both shows were sold out in advance.
The venue is small and intimate, which was great, of course.
The venue also has a pretty strict no recording/no cameras policy, so my picture/video taking was limited.
I have a few pics and vids to share, but the quality is nothing outstanding because I had to be very stealth about it.
I'll try to post those later when I'm at home.

Chan was in a very good mood for both sets, and expressed many times how much she appreciated everyone's support. She talked A LOT during the sets, especially the late show.
Some people around me seemed bothered by the amount of talking and noodling around on the guitar. There were some sighs and groaning.
At the late show, people were regularly walking out of the show.
I heard some people commenting on being tired, and some gave the impression that it wasn't the kind of show they were hoping for. For example, the woman next to me just wanted to hear "the hits".
By the end of the show the balcony area was 3/4 empty.

I have never gotten to see Cat Power perform solo, and I'm glad I went to both shows rather than just one.

Sorry, my mistake about it being the end of the tour.
Maybe it didn't have those other dates listed when I last looked at the site weeks/months ago.
or I just overlooked it.

I'm glad there are more shows. Myabe some more recordings will pop up then.
